Nutrition & Herbal Medicine support and Body Work which includes TCM Acupressure & Cupping, Myofascial Release, Bowen Therapy & Reiki, to stimulate, disperse & balance the flow of blood, lymph & qi to relieve pain, treat a variety of chronic, acute & degenerative conditions.
Each consultation is unique with freshly blend Herbal Oils often used, to promote circulation & reduce inflammation.
Deanne has blended the solid grounding of evidence-based Health Science with the wisdom & holistic approach of Chinese Medicine.
With many qualifications including Naturopath, Nutritionist & Herbalist & certification as a Wellness Coach/Personal Trainer, Pilates & Level 3 Medical Qigong/Meditation Instructor, Deanne's passion is to address all aspects of your health with a broad approach and many tools.
Deanne is highly dedicated to her Medical Qigong Practice, furthering her training at the Institute of Chinese Medicine in Shanghai in 2019. Workshops, Retreats, Private Lessons, with Group Classes are available at Blueys Beach.
So whether you are suffering from physical or emotional pain or are looking to create change in your life with your food choices, your posture, or are struggling with sleep or a health issue, Deanne's Consultations are supportive, leading you in the right direction for a happy, healthy you. - Rusty has a passion for surfing and knows how playing sport and being active can put a strain on your muscles and body.

His ability to assess and manipulate the muscle, tendons and fascia structures of the body, gives him an advantage to gain results quickly.
He believes that each body has a unique and particular pattern for developing and holding tension & strives to find this pattern for his clients.
Often Rusty is amazed at how quickly the body reverts back to a relaxed state once this particular pattern is rehabilitated.
Rusty is continually pursuing further education to offer his clients the most current advice to assist a safe and fast recovery. - Wendy Moore has been a practicing Aromatherapist for 17 years and has a Diploma of Aromatherapy from Nature Care College, Sydney.

Aromatherapy massage is the use of essential oils diluted in a carrier oil and massaged into the body using therapeutic techniques including: Swedish massage, remedial massage, lymphatic drainage, acupressure, energy balancing and reflexology.
All movements deeply relax the body allowing healing to take place on all levels.
Wendy will create a unique blend for each client to address conditions such as sleep, anxiety, digestion, immune health and pain relief. - Please bring 2 towels along to use. One in the sauna & one after your shower.
