A Bowen Treatment consists of sequences of small moves at varying pressures, each at a specific site on the body. The Therapist uses light, cross-fiber maneuvers on the muscle, tendon, or ligament with no forceful manipulation. A treatment will typically last between 40 minutes to one hour.

My therapist Dee is the real deal. Her repertoire of skills is enormous and she was able to bring either an eclectic or pure approach depending on my needs, which ultimately included Chinese medicine, chi gung, cupping and a gorgeous facial. Although I was initially a cautious consumer, I ultimately abandoned myself to her informed intuitive care. I will be back.
